Coastline has been a licensed builder since 2002. We made our name early on the hardest jobs in the toughest spots — concrete column and caisson foundation repair along the Malibu coast, home demolitions, grading, pools and driveways on steep, tight hillside lots. In the 24 years since, we've built dozens of homes from the ground up and added first- and second-story additions for families across three counties: Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange.

Every one of those projects starts the same way: something has to come out first. Demolition, excavation, grading and hauling are the trades we've run on our own builds for two decades — which is exactly why homeowners and contractors trust us with them on their own.
